Okay friends, time for another pick a card. We are working with the energy of Venus in Leo, and she is there until July 9, moving through the degrees of mastery.
Two crystal cards fell out of the deck, so we are going to use both. Take a breath and pick one. Heart, or egg. Rose quartz, or snakeskin agate. Whichever one you looked at first is usually the answer. You can read both if both land.
Group one, rose quartz. Love, nurture, and romance.
Rose quartz calls in unconditional love. It is a gentle but genuinely powerful feminine energy that nurtures and protects the heart, and it works on heartache, grief, and anything you have not let yourself say out loud. It asks you for compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance toward yourself. It goes with Taurus, Libra, and Venus, which is funny, because Venus is exactly what we are here to talk about. If you are moving through grief or a heartache, get a piece, lie down, put it on your heart, and breathe with it. Then do whatever you need to do. Cry, laugh, fall asleep.
The cards for group one came out as the Two of Cups, the King of Cups, and the Page of Cups, with Justice underneath. That is a lot of love and you were not playing around.
The Two of Cups is you wanting to bring love in. To bring something in you have to release something, so this is about releasing heartache and learning to trust yourself again. The King of Cups is that divine masculine energy, the one who rules his kingdom with empathy and keeps things moving. That is the part of you that makes you feel safe. And the Page of Cups is the aha. The unexpected little fish in the cup. It is the reminder that you still have emotions left in you, and love in you, and that love is eternal.
Here is the work, and I mean work. Charge your rose quartz, in sunlight or moonlight, and speak the intention into it out loud. This rose quartz is helping me heal heartache. This rose quartz is helping me trust my feelings again. Then be specific about what you are asking for. If you just say love, the universe will happily send you a hobby you love and a dog you love, because you did not tell it anything else. Say a loving relationship, with a person. Then surrender it, and go live your life. Go eat an ice cream cone. Go swimming.
And stay present, because you manifest from the present. When you are having a good time, clock it. Say out loud that you love this. That is what keeps making more of it. What breaks it is trying to manifest from disappointment, from lack, from this never happens to me.
The divine door for group one was Nomad. The nomadic wanderer lies deep inside, so take the leap now, do not crawl back and hide. Take the leap to trust yourself.
Group two, snakeskin agate. Strength, privacy, and self-love.
Snakeskin agate is for being comfortable in your own skin, which takes time. It boosts self-esteem and self-awareness, gives you the confidence to step outside your comfort zone, and it lets you do it quietly. This one can blend into a crowd. If you want to carry on with your business in peace and not be watched, this is your stone. It encourages full embodiment of the self.
The cards were the Eight of Cups, the King of Pentacles, and the Nine of Cups, with the Ten of Swords on the bottom.
The Eight of Cups is walking away from what no longer serves you, and the wind is at his back, so he is being moved along. The King of Pentacles I read two ways depending on the reading. Sometimes he is narcissistic energy, the kind that lives all over social media, and you are walking away from it. Sometimes he is straightforward abundance, and you are walking out of scarcity and into stability. Either way, the way you get there is practical. He builds his kingdom because he knows he has two hands and twenty four hours, and he is not emotional about it. This is where I am, this is what I have to do, let us do it.
The Nine of Cups is wish fulfillment. If you are going to wish for things to be better, wish big. Earth signs can look stoic, but they know the magic of the land and the seasons. And the Ten of Swords on the bottom is the old self and the old ideas. That is a goodbye, and it is a good one.
Group two also drew Nomad. Same door, both piles. Take the leap now.
So both groups got love, which I think is beautiful given Venus is in Leo. Work on the self-esteem. Work on the confidence. Day by day.
